MAS Fabric Park is strategically located alongside Highway –A 6, a part of the National 'A' grade road network.

It consists of four lane expressways connecting the major cities of – Colombo, Kegalle and Kandy.

The A 6 National Highway connects to the A 9 road network giving direct access to the North and East of the country.
